介質(zhì)粘度對雙螺桿泵性能影響較大,泵的名義排量是指在特定粘度條件下的排量,為泵能在較率下工作,在試驗(yàn)不充分時(shí),建議按下列粘度條件選擇轉(zhuǎn)速:

2W.W密封型雙螺桿泵應(yīng)用行業(yè):
1、油田:用作油、氣、水、微量細(xì)小固相顆粒等多相混輸泵及原油輸送泵。
2、造般業(yè):用作船用裝載泵,船底掃艙及污水處理,主機(jī)潤滑泵,燃料油泵。
3、石油化學(xué)工業(yè) :用作各種樹脂、顏料、石蠟、油漆、油墨、乳膠、各種油品、原油、重油等裝載和運(yùn)輸泵。
4、熱電廠:用作重油、原油輸送泵,主機(jī)潤滑油泵。
5、食品工業(yè):用作灑精、蜂蜜、糖漿、果汁、動植物油、牛奶、漿油輸送泵。
2W.W密封型雙螺桿泵的優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1、輸送液體平穩(wěn)、無脈動、無攪拌、振動小、噪音低。
2、有的自吸性能,多相混輸時(shí),含氣率不高于80%,含沙量不高于500g/m3.
3、外置軸承結(jié)構(gòu),采用獨(dú)立潤滑,可以輸送各種非潤滑性介質(zhì)。
4、采用同步齒輪驅(qū)動,二轉(zhuǎn)子之間不接觸,即使短時(shí)間空轉(zhuǎn)也無妨。
5、泵體帶有加熱套,可以輸送各種清潔或含有固體小顆粒的低粘度或高粘度介質(zhì)(一般顆粒直徑小于0.12-0.2mm)
6、正確的選用材料,甚至可以輸送很多有腐蝕性的介質(zhì)。
7、雙吸式結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)子上沒有軸向力。
雙螺桿泵在船舶和石油化工等行業(yè)應(yīng)用廣泛,二十世紀(jì)末期,雙螺桿泵在我國工業(yè)應(yīng)用方面發(fā)展穩(wěn)定且。近幾年乃至未來十年,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和形勢的需要,我國的造船業(yè)將有很大的發(fā)展空間。由于我國的造船技術(shù)不斷攀升,造船的重量噸位也不斷加大,因此大排量的船用雙螺桿泵需求量越來越大,小流量的雙螺桿泵己經(jīng)滿足不了工業(yè)的需求,所以對大排量雙螺桿泵的研究與對我國石油行業(yè)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
雙螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子是雙螺桿泵的關(guān)鍵核心部件,它們是相互嚙合的,而決定螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的幾何形狀進(jìn)而直接影響到雙螺桿泵性能的因素為轉(zhuǎn)子的端面型線。因此,研究雙螺桿泵轉(zhuǎn)子的型線是至關(guān)重要的,也是基礎(chǔ)的,通過研究優(yōu)化型線,對螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行優(yōu)化、進(jìn)而提高整機(jī)性能。本課題的立足點(diǎn)在于先分析雙螺桿泵的普遍特性,再分析比較各種不同類型的型線在工作時(shí)對螺桿泵性能的影響(受力、強(qiáng)度等),后優(yōu)化得出適合產(chǎn)品條件的型線類型。通過得出的優(yōu)的合適的型線,建立轉(zhuǎn)子三維模型,然后進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)子的一系列分析和泵的流場分析。
雙螺桿泵型線的改進(jìn),是我國研究雙螺桿泵正確的起步和方向,通過深入研究,可以向型線技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí),然后努力,設(shè)計(jì)出符合我國自身工況條件的型線,減小、擴(kuò)大出口。
本文主要研究對象為雙螺桿泵,具體展開研究如以下幾個(gè)方面。
(1)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子是雙螺桿泵的關(guān)鍵核心部件,決定螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)而影響螺桿泵的整體性能的關(guān)鍵因素是轉(zhuǎn)子端面型線。先從型線的形成理論入手,深刻研究型線的基本理論,得出的型線組合方式,進(jìn)而用PRO/E建立出轉(zhuǎn)子模型。
(2)研究轉(zhuǎn)子的幾何特性如螺旋角、齒間容積、接觸線、螺旋面等,看其是如何約束轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)而影響螺桿泵的性能的。根據(jù)共扼原理得出轉(zhuǎn)子的共扼曲線,建立共扼轉(zhuǎn)子模型,計(jì)算雙螺桿泵的理論流量,觀察其公式與轉(zhuǎn)子的哪些結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)有關(guān)。
(3)裝配好雙螺桿泵的所有零部件并進(jìn)行運(yùn)動仿真,對螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的運(yùn)動學(xué)進(jìn)行分析,對其動平衡性進(jìn)行分析。
(4)對雙螺桿泵的內(nèi)流場進(jìn)行FLUENT仿真分析,先根據(jù)實(shí)際尺寸建立流道模型,然后導(dǎo)入前處理軟件Gambit中進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)入FLUENT中添加邊界條件進(jìn)行計(jì)算,后在后處理中觀察其壓力場分布,分析雙螺桿泵的壓力是如何建立的,在螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)動過程中,流場各個(gè)截面壓力的變化規(guī)律,觀察嚙合區(qū)的壓力變化,找出大壓力;觀察其速度場分布,得出流場中每點(diǎn)的速度大小分布規(guī)律;觀察其速度矢量分布,看轉(zhuǎn)子在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中是如何帶動流體跟隨其一起轉(zhuǎn)動的,通過觀察速度方向,可以找出流體產(chǎn)生漩渦和泄漏的位置,為螺桿泵的性能優(yōu)化提供參考。
(5)在雙螺桿泵理論流量和容積效率不下降的前提下,通過改變螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子的螺旋和導(dǎo)程的大小,來優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)子的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),達(dá)到轉(zhuǎn)子輕量化的目的。然后將優(yōu)化后的雙螺桿泵內(nèi)流場進(jìn)行FLUENT仿真分析,跟優(yōu)化前的流場作對比,觀察其壓力場和速度場變化。
